The accommodation was clean, the room was fashionable. All the staff was efficient and truly outstanding, fixed my issues. - I ate at a PARTICULARLY GOOD restaurant with delicious food and various Japanese drinks. - City view was a pleasant bonus. I had a great experience at Svalbard Hotell | the Vault in Longyearbyen. the room was stylish and clean, and the staff were exceptional in addressing any concerns I had. the restaurant served delicious food and a variety of Japanese drinks, making my dining experience particularly enjoyable. I appreciated the pleasant city view from the hotel.

Wonderful location, delicious breakfast with a wide range of food. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the single room, plus central heating, tea/coffee making equipment and television. Location near the airport, restaurants, bars and the supermarket, and the center of the village. A great hotel, my first choice in Longyearbyen.

Breakfast was varied and super delicious. Staff at the reception very helpful. We were a bit worried that there would be problems because of our arrival in the middle of the night. That was completely unjustified. It's okay.

The hotel is very centrally located, right next to the shopping centre and the Coop. The rooms are nicely furnished, spacious & the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is rich & delicious. We can warmly recommend the hotel!

Convenient location near Magdalena Bay! the rooms with good blinds were nice and peaceful. Being next door to a grocery store and restaurants made everything super easy 😊.
